Overall, my experience with Brian was terrific! He was informative and transparent, however, it was almost too informative and became overwhelming. I came into the business on two separate occasions. Both times I spent there were longer than I anticipated staying. 3 hours my first visit and 1.5 hours my second visit. It was slightly frustrating and inconsiderate. Although I’ve learned more than enough about the mattresses at the store that I could become a salesman myself, it was appreciated now that I have a mattress catered to my needs and habits!

Christian was very knowledgeable. Answered all questions. Gave us an excellent deal on an adjustable set. When set was delivered base didn't work with our headboard/footboard. The mistake was mine but the manager called within the hour and worked out a satisfactory solution that benefited both of us. Mistakes happen, but when the salesman and manager understands customer service they are a store worth buying from. Check their selection first!

Another great experience at Mark’s! Bought a Queen a few years ago that we love; this time we got a Twin bed for our little guy. Assistant Manager Gage was wonderful: He helped us select a great bed at a kid-friendly height (which honestly I hadn’t even thought about but is really important!), and they even had the supportive bed frame I had been wanting - - all with convenient pick-up & delivery options. I went in expecting to have it be the first of many matress stores in would go to in order to shop around. The sales associate, Brian, was extremely knowledgable and energetic. When I had found a mattress I thought was a possibility, I was laying on it while Brian and I shot the breeze for more than an hour while I tested it. I bought a mattress for my son and the professional staff helped me find the right mattress for my need. Great price and we are very pleased with the mattress. I picked up from the store, and they helped me double wrap in case it rained. I also had an issue where the bed we had was not the right size for the needed box springs. They helped me find a odd size box spring that works perfectly. They definitely went the extra mile for the customers. I will be going back for future mattress needs.

I purchased an electronic bed base and recently it quit working while using.I replaced batteries in remote and it still wouldn't work.I talked with Mike where I purchased the base onEast Morgan Ave -- He thought maybe the remote required linking to base again. Stopped in while walking to Big Lots and thought I’d just be looking. My son needed a new twin mattress. Brian offered a lot of good insight about mattresses for kids, and showed me one that was being discontinued. Floor model was on sale for $399 ($200 off the reg price of $600). I’d already looked a few places and didn’t think I’d find a nicer twin mattress at that price. Went ahead and made the purchase, but never felt pressured to do so. Five stars for Brian and Mark’s Mattress. Highly recommend you stop by if you are mattress shopping.

Great experience in the store and very good products.We purchased one of the high-end soy-foam king mattresses and an adjustable frame. (Just over $4k). Both do well for what we expected, except for one aspect specific to the mattress. Edge crush behavior needs some reconsideration.Would recommend MM consider that when a person sits up, puts their feet on the floor, and goes to stand up, that the mattress can tend to give way and make you feel as if you’re slipping off the edge. This does not appear to materially effect sleep comfort while laying across the central surface area. But is noticeable more so 6-8” from the edge.For anyone shopping the high end line sold exclusively by MM, pay close attention to the edges on the foam-based mattresses. Also note that the hybrids don’t seem to have this type of problem.Overall good experience. Thanks!

Great place to purchase fireworks! They have a huge selection of fireworks to choose and the buy one get one free deals are really good for the bigger expensive fireworks. The people who work there were very helpful and you can use a scanner there to scan the fireworks, and then a video will play on a television, showing the what the fireworks actually look like. So highly recommend shopping here.

I went to several different mattress places in town. Mark‘s Mattress Outlet was actually the very first place I went and I found a mattress I really liked but I wanted to check other places first. I ended up going back to Mark‘s Mattress Outlet and choosing the very first mattress I tried. I was extremely impressed with Preston, the sales guy I chatted with. I ended up being there for almost 3 hours. I asked a ton of questions and he was very knowledgeable and was not pushy. He simply listened to what I was looking for and tried to best direct me to mattresses I would like. He was patient and I could tell he was passionate about his job. Preston was awesome and because of him, I will most likely be back whenever I need a mattress next. I do recommend at least checking them out when you’re looking at different places for a mattress.

We are giving marks mattress a full 5 star rating. They was very nice, very easy & helpful to deal with. I had surgery on my lower back in 2019. And I have had issues we being comfortable for years now with sitting on our bed and laying on it. Today, they helped change that. We found the perfect, most comfortable mattress for both me & my husband. Our main goal was to find one that helped my back with my scar and we did! So from our business to yours, thank you guys for helping us and fixing us up with what we needed and loved!!!

Walked in and was greeted immediately with excellent customer service. Candice had taken some of my preferences and took in consideration of my budget, and provided multiple options that were very difficult to choose a favorite. Candice also seemed very informed on what makes a quality mattress, and provided numerous facts about the mattresses that would possibly benefit to my preferences. I ended my visit walking away with a great mattress and base at a very amazing deal, and an excellent pillow. 10/10 would recommend a visit. Products were excellent and customer service even better. Shoutout to Candice for setting us up right away and being a very professional saleswoman.

Came in with specific wants, and Candace was extremely helpful, and found us exactly what we were looking for for a fraction of the price I thought I would pay. And i even got a nice frame to go with it! Very satisfied with my new mattress, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking!

We had a soft budget to work with on a new bed and box spring. We'd traveled to a few locations in the Avon area, and all were tight with their pricing. It's thanks to the lady on staff, Twila, who helped us find the right set and make it the right price for us! She was generous, helpful, and even assisted with getting the contents on top of our van! They offer delivery if that's not an option, but we wanted to walk away with a bed that day. We may just have to drag the family down and get them to replace their beds next!
