We have been mattress shopping for several weeks. One day, we came into Mark’s Mattress in Avon and spoke with Doug. Doug was so kind, knowledgeable and very honest. He helped us to understand the mattress business which honestly is like buying a car. He gave us a straightforward cost for two mattresses and frames. After looking for weeks and going to many places where you just felt like a sales quota and not as a person. It was nice to feel valued with an honest opinion and knowledge. Doug was exceptionally great! Definitely a 5 ⭐️business!!
We have shopped in this store several times. We have now bought 2 mattresses and some amazing pillows. Every time we have been in, it has been amazing! We are able to take our time and look at all our options. Doug was able to see what we were looking for and help us find exactly what we wanted. We don't ever feel pressured. It's been a great experience every time.

I called around looking for a bed frame. I came across Marks Mattress Outlet. I told him what I was looking for for and he gave me a price far more reasonable than the other stores around have. I then proceeded to drive and as I am leaving he calls and tell me he gave me the wrong price. He tells me that the price is actually $30 less than what he told me originally. He also said he had brought it up from back store and was ready to go for me. Will be back. I highly recommend Marks Mattress Outlet!!! I save $100 due to buying form Marks.

My wife & I started looking at mattresses here around October and went over the things we wanted in a frame/mattress with Mitch and we can back a couple months later to finally purchase a set and we had a smooth transition and delivery was excellent as well! Preston was great.. he explained so many things teco us pertaining to the lazy boy recliner we purchased. Plus he got it scheduled to be delivered the same day. I recommend Mark's mattress for beds and recliners.

Was told by bobs furniture to go find a mattress somewhere else because they could not get it to me same day after promising it 4 times in a week. Came into marks mattress outlet and they took care of me and gave me a new floor model so I could take home same day!!! Fantastic customer service and fantastic experience overal. I would recommend to anyone!

We had a great experience at Mark's Mattress Outlet thanks to Doug! Just moved into town and was in need of some mattresses. I had a great experience shopping here (Indianapolis, southport location). I live in Ohio but made the over 2 hour drive to go to this location, specifically for their flippable mattresses. I was looking for a plush flippable mattress, which are not easy to find anymore, and they had a nice selection of flippable mattresses. I was very pleased with the selection. I found one I really liked and I got Lucky because it was on sale. Jenny and Jacob were very helpful speaking to me on the phone multiple times before driving out there and Jenny helped me set up delivery to Ohio. I was given a good deal on the mattress, box springs, a new pillow and delivery to Ohio. Jenny was very easy to work with, very helpful and communicated great. I would highly recommend this store for any of your mattress related needs and to speak with Jenny. Everything I purchased was very reasonably priced and a good deal.

Big mistake! "Glacier"(?) brand: I could have spent that $ on a premium mattress! This mattress sleeps like cheap quality. Has ZERO EDGE SUPPORT! I believed it when I was told they are 'family owned, and customer service is important to them'. Right!! To be totally upfront, my sales person did allow me to swap the firm for plush after 1 night. Maybe that's why she "no longer works there".
Another mistake was buying their "floor model" (?) to save $...even though it was stocked in the back. No return.
So sad too bad attitude from them. They have my $$$$ and I'm stuck with their inferior mattress! Mattress sellers are rip-offs!

We had a great experience. Candice walked us through the entire process. She was very transparent about the options and differences between the mattresses & frames. She broke everything down to use with prices so we were able to add everything up & see our over all prices with the different options we wanted to choose from. She was knowledgeable & friendly through the whole process. I highly recommend working directly with her!
Jim is the man. No pressure sales, pleasant to talk with. Explained all of our options to consider based on our sleeping comfort needs. Looking for to our delivery in a couple of weeks. When our son needs an upgrade, we know where to come back too. Thanks so much!!

We were immediately helped as soon as we walked in the door. We were looking for a twin extra long mattress and he was able to show us the two he had in stock. We were needing it that day, but he did offer to show us what he could order. Since we needed one that day we picked one the best one he had and it was discounted so we ended up saving about $100. I needed something low cost for a spare bedroom, thay had it. I also needed a new mattress for my self and they helped me find the perfect one for my needs. The comfort test and focus on solving sleep issues was a big help and made it easy. No pressure to buy and they really listened to me and what im looking for. I had seen the outside of Marks Mattress for 15 years but never been inside. I finally decided it was time to get a new mattress and decided to hit it up before we went to Ashley’s, etc. We were greeted by two people inside, a male and female associate.
Both were personable, friendly, and accommodating. No hidden fees or surprises and the lady was so great with my kids being kids and rolling on every bed. We were able to get my new mattress that was in stock and he helped me load it into the truck.

Customer service is the best. When they say “we got your back” they mean it. Mitchell and Preston were eager to answer ALL of our questions. We did an exchange for something a bit firmer and they made the process seamless. We will definitely go back for our next mattress or furniture purchase. Love that 99% of their products are USA made.

Mitchell was super patient, answered all our questions, and showed us a great deal on a recliner that fit our requirements. Initially thought there wouldn't be much to pick from, but we were pleasantly surprised and pleased with the variety of mattresses available, as well as the various price options. (Wanted a mattress for an RV so not wanting a to buy a higher end product.) Mitchell was very courteous, knew the products and company well and we never felt pressured for a sale. We opted to take a floor model and take it home ourselves- it was quickly readied and loaded for us. We recommend Mark's- at least make it a comparison shopping stop.
Our sales person was Mitchell. He was very knowledgeable and no pressure. We are very happy with our purchase! Ryan and Colt delivered and set up our bed. They were very respectful and hard working. We recommend Mark's Mattress Outlet to anyone looking for a high quality bed set at a good price!

I purchased a twin mattress on sale. Mid July to mid August seems a good time to buy - new inventory before schools start, and no rush or crowds. Store clerks explained everything, gave me all the time I wanted, and did not rush me into a decision. Efficient, pleasant, and helpful. I got a good deal (40%off on last year's model).
Had a pleasant experience shopping here with my partner a few weeks ago thanks to the efforts of Daysha, she helped us pick out a mattress that we liked that replaced my old one which was wore down. On top of that, we also got 2 few pillows that are absolutely helpful for side sleeping. It was time to get a new mattress and now we have one despite not initially looking to get one. However, I appreciate how smooth it all went and taking advantage of the then Easter sale also!

Man o man, you want to talk about great service with someone who really cares, this is the place, these guys are amazing. We have a neurodivergent son who doesn't sit still and they were understanding and caring and that alone was worth the sale not to mention the great quality mattress and adjustable frame, and the delivery guys were polite and courteous and did a great job overall. The entire experience was 5 stars.

Brooke May did an excellent job of helping me initially and then again when I brought my Mom in to buy her a new mattress! Gave us pros of various mattress, being very knowledgeable and helpful, while the best deal.
Brooke was amazing. She showed us a comparable mattress to what we wanted, and gave us a discount for take the floor model. We packed it up and loaded into our truck. The whole process was less than a half hour. Greatly appreciate her outstanding customer service.

Bobbie was absolutely fantastic. I had called her early in the morning that I needed mattress same day. Was having back pain & have pins in my leg from fumur break & it was all hurting. Explained mattress had to be a full size to fit our antique bed. She had 8 or 10 mattress when we got there for me to try out. We purchased a mattress & she even helped my husband put in our truck. Spoke with Cody at least five times trying to buy a mattress over the phone. As you can imagine, this was not easy, but Cody was patient and continued to answer questions - even sending a series of photos. My son ended up going in and buying the mattress we discussed. I needed to replace a queen size mattress, so I went to Mark’s Mattress in Newburgh. Ben was great! I told him what I wanted, he showed me a few styles, and now I’ll have a new mattress set delivered Friday for a great price! Definitely recommend them
Great place to purchase fireworks! They have a huge selection of fireworks to choose and the buy one get one free deals are really good for the bigger expensive fireworks. The people who work there were very helpful and you can use a scanner there to scan the fireworks, and then a video will play on a television, showing the what the fireworks actually look like. So highly recommend shopping here.

I am so ever grateful after the passing of my grandfather, Marks Mattress staff came and picked up the mattress as my grandmother asked that it be removed due to sadness. They literally came the next day and removed free of charge. The staff was so kind and compassionate. It’s things like the that seem so small but leave a major impression on our hearts. I bought a king at Marks. The salesman was very helpful and polite. He set up a fast delivery and day of delivery I got texts along the way of their arrival time. They were actually about an hour and a half early which made me happy. The delivery men were very careful taking out the old mattress and bringing in the new. They were also polite. I can’t wait to sleep in my new mattress tonight!!

They were sincere and friendly with Jan and took time to answer her questions and allow her to try out the bed so it could be adjusted if necessary. She is not able to walk and cannot stand for longer than a minute that it takes to seat herself on bed. They also offered and put the box and frame just inside the garage .

This review is for the business and service I received. I haven’t fully vetted the product yet but I’m sure it’s going to be fine. Around a month ago I began my search for a new mattress. I did some online research and Marks was the first brick and mortar store I visited. JJ was awesome, I asked to see a good better and best selection for my particular body type and preferred sleeping position and temperature and he obliged. After I saw what they had I let him know I was not ready to buy that day and that I was going to research more and see what competitors had to offer. JJ did not hesitate to encourage me to do this. Ultimately a month later I showed back up and purchased a mattress from them. Service by JJ, Coyote, and the guy riding with Coyote was superb. From purchase to delivery and haul away I highly recommend Marks

To say the least I was definitely out of my element. JJ was fantastic to work with. Before I even asked anything he asked what my budget was. Which showed me that it was more than a “car salesman experience”. JJ did not try to sell me the most expensive one in the store. He gave me options and kept it in my budget.
