We have been mattress shopping for several weeks. One day, we came into Mark’s Mattress in Avon and spoke with Doug. Doug was so kind, knowledgeable and very honest. I called around looking for a bed frame. I came across Marks Mattress Outlet. I told him what I was looking for for and he gave me a price far more reasonable than the other stores around have. I then proceeded to drive and as I am leaving he calls and tell me he gave me the wrong price. He tells me that the price is actually $30 less than what he told me originally. Was told by bobs furniture to go find a mattress somewhere else because they could not get it to me same day after promising it 4 times in a week. Came into marks mattress outlet and they took care of me and gave me a new floor model so I could take home same day!!! Fantastic customer service and fantastic experience overal. I had seen the outside of Marks Mattress for 15 years but never been inside. I finally decided it was time to get a new mattress and decided to hit it up before we went to Ashley’s, etc. We were greeted by two people inside, a male and female associate.
Both were personable, friendly, and accommodating. No hidden fees or surprises and the lady was so great with my kids being kids and rolling on every bed. We were able to get my new mattress that was in stock and he helped me load it into the truck.

I purchased a twin mattress on sale. Mid July to mid August seems a good time to buy - new inventory before schools start, and no rush or crowds. Store clerks explained everything, gave me all the time I wanted, and did not rush me into a decision. Efficient, pleasant, and helpful. I got a good deal (40%off on last year's model).
Had a pleasant experience shopping here with my partner a few weeks ago thanks to the efforts of Daysha, she helped us pick out a mattress that we liked that replaced my old one which was wore down. On top of that, we also got 2 few pillows that are absolutely helpful for side sleeping. It was time to get a new mattress and now we have one despite not initially looking to get one. However, I appreciate how smooth it all went and taking advantage of the then Easter sale also!

Bobbie was absolutely fantastic. I had called her early in the morning that I needed mattress same day. Was having back pain & have pins in my leg from fumur break & it was all hurting. Spoke with Cody at least five times trying to buy a mattress over the phone. As you can imagine, this was not easy, but Cody was patient and continued to answer questions - even sending a series of photos. My son ended up going in and buying the mattress we discussed. I needed to replace a queen size mattress, so I went to Mark’s Mattress in Newburgh. Ben was great! I told him what I wanted, he showed me a few styles, and now I’ll have a new mattress set delivered Friday for a great price! Definitely recommend them
Great place to purchase fireworks! They have a huge selection of fireworks to choose and the buy one get one free deals are really good for the bigger expensive fireworks. The people who work there were very helpful and you can use a scanner there to scan the fireworks, and then a video will play on a television, showing the what the fireworks actually look like. So highly recommend shopping here.

I had a great experience shopping here (Indianapolis, southport location). I live in Ohio but made the over 2 hour drive to go to this location, specifically for their flippable mattresses. I was looking for a plush flippable mattress, which are not easy to find anymore, and they had a nice selection of flippable mattresses. I was very pleased with the selection. I found one I really liked and I got Lucky because it was on sale. Jenny and Jacob were very helpful speaking to me on the phone multiple times before driving out there and Jenny helped me set up delivery to Ohio. I was given a good deal on the mattress, box springs, a new pillow and delivery to Ohio. Jenny was very easy to work with, very helpful and communicated great. I would highly recommend this store for any of your mattress related needs and to speak with Jenny. Everything I purchased was very reasonably priced and a good deal.

Big mistake! "Glacier"(?) brand: I could have spent that $ on a premium mattress! This mattress sleeps like cheap quality. Has ZERO EDGE SUPPORT! We had a great experience. Candice walked us through the entire process. She was very transparent about the options and differences between the mattresses & frames. She broke everything down to use with prices so we were able to add everything up & see our over all prices with the different options we wanted to choose from. She was knowledgeable & friendly through the whole process. I highly recommend working directly with her!

We had a great experience buying our La-Z-Boy Jasper power rocking recliner. Mitchell was super patient, answered all our questions, and showed us a great deal on a recliner that fit our requirements. Initially thought there wouldn't be much to pick from, but we were pleasantly surprised and pleased with the variety of mattresses available, as well as the various price options. (Wanted a mattress for an RV so not wanting a to buy a higher end product.) Mitchell was very courteous, knew the products and company well and we never felt pressured for a sale. We opted to take a floor model and take it home ourselves- it was quickly readied and loaded for us. We recommend Mark's- at least make it a comparison shopping stop.

I bought a king at Marks. The salesman was very helpful and polite. He set up a fast delivery and day of delivery I got texts along the way of their arrival time. They were actually about an hour and a half early which made me happy. The delivery men were very careful taking out the old mattress and bringing in the new. They were also polite. This review is for the business and service I received. I haven’t fully vetted the product yet but I’m sure it’s going to be fine. Around a month ago I began my search for a new mattress. I did some online research and Marks was the first brick and mortar store I visited. JJ was awesome, I asked to see a good better and best selection for my particular body type and preferred sleeping position and temperature and he obliged. After I saw what they had I let him know I was not ready to buy that day and that I was going to research more and see what competitors had to offer. JJ did not hesitate to encourage me to do this. Ultimately a month later I showed back up and purchased a mattress from them. Service by JJ, Coyote, and the guy riding with Coyote was superb. From purchase to delivery and haul away I highly recommend Marks

Great Service and even better customer service. No matter the budget they have it all. When I tell you I am 38 and never went mattress shopping before. To say the least I was definitely out of my element. JJ was fantastic to work with. Before I even asked anything he asked what my budget was. Which showed me that it was more than a “car salesman experience”. JJ did not try to sell me the most expensive one in the store. He gave me options and kept it in my budget. Even though the budget was set he showed us everything to compare and kick back and relax. We were never rushed. Even though we were in and out in under 30 minutes. If you need a new mattress I would highly recommend you going to see JJ for the best service you can get. Oh and they deliver!!! No trying to fit your King Mattress in your Ford Focus. Will definitely shop again.
