I bought a Rest Beauty Black mattress with a adjustable frame in February of this 2025. After 7 months the mattress started to have dips in it were we laid. I called Marks Mattress and explained the situation. They sent me the warranty paper to fill out, it was very easy to do, I took the pictures they requested and emailed it to them. Within 24 hours they have me a full in store credit on my mattress which I can apply toward another mattress in their store. I have bought several mattresses from them in the pass and have never had a problem. Great business to work with I would recommend them over anyone else. Great produces.
