The length of coverage varies depending on the collection, ensuring that your investment is protected according to the specific qualities of your chosen mattress.
In addition to our standard warranty, select mattresses are also covered by our exclusive 1 Time Mark’s Got Your Back Comfort Guarantee. This guarantee allows for a one-time comfort adjustment, providing you with added reassurance that your mattress will meet your comfort expectations. Please refer to our detailed information on the warranty coverage period and the Mark’s Got Your Back Comfort Guarantee applicable to your purchase. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are here to support you every step of the way.
Warranties
NAME BRANDS FOR LESS
Due to extreme discounts on our Name Brands for Less mattresses, the warranty coverages are as follows:
Name Brands for Less 5 Year Limited Warranty Coverage.
This limited warranty covers the following items during normal wear:
- Deterioration causing the mattress to have a visible indentation greater than 2” (with adjustable base 3”) that is not associated with an indentation or sag which results from use of an improper or unsupportive foundation or adjustable bed base. Normal wear required that purchaser’s mattress be continuously supported by a matching foundation or adjustable bed base with a proper bed frame sufficient to support the collective weight of the mattress and foundation.
- Year 1 Full Store Credit for the mattress, Year 2 80% Store Credit for the mattress, Year 3 60% Store Credit for the mattress, Year 4 40% Store Credit for the mattress, Year 5 20% Store Credit for the mattress
This limited warranty does not cover:
- A normal increase in softness of pressure-relieving material which does not affect the pressure-relieving qualities of the mattress.
- Comfort preference or quilting shift.
- Physical abuse or damage to the structure and/or cover material, including but not limited to, burns, cuts, tears, or liquid damage or stains.
- If the mattress is not “In Like New Conditions”.
- Damage associated with an improper bed frame, foundation, or adjustable base. See above description and illustrations for a proper bed frame.
- Any transportation cost
- Body impression or sagging under 2″ (with adjustable over 3”)
- Mattresses not purchased with a NEW foundation from Mark’s
- Any foam or quilting shifts

For an additional transportation service fee, our team will perform an in-home visit to collect the required information, including any requested pictures or videos. SLEEP NATURAL WARRANTY
Sleep Natural™ strongly suggests getting a Sleep Natural™ mattress protector with any Sleep Natural™ mattress purchase. It will protect your mattress and keep it in a sanitary condition which is extremely important with all mattress warranties. If your mattress is stained or soiled, it will completely void your Sleep Natural™ Warranty.
This limited warranty covers the following items during normal wear:
- Deterioration causing the mattress to have a visible indentation greater than 1.5” that is not associated with an indentation or sag which results from the use of an improper or unsupportive foundation or adjustable bed base. Normal wear requires that the purchaser’s mattress be continuously supported by a matching foundation or adjustable bed base with a proper bed frame sufficient to support the collective weight of the mattress and foundation.
- Any physical flaw in the mattress that causes the Sleep Natural™ material to split or crack, despite normal usage and proper handling.
- The manufacturer may replace or repair any issue covered by the warranty. The manufacturer has the final decision.
This limited warranty does not cover:
- A normal increase in softness of the Sleep Natural™ pressure-relieving material which does not affect the pressure-relieving qualities of the mattress.
- Comfort preference or quilting shift.
- Physical abuse or damage to the structure and/or cover material, including but not limited to, burns, cuts, tears, or liquid damage or stains.
- If the mattress is not “In Like New Conditions”.
- Damage associated with an improper bed frame, foundation, or adjustable base. See the above description and illustrations for a proper bed frame.
- Replacement of the accompanying piece in the Sleep Natural™ sleep system where only one piece is defective unless that accompanying piece is also defective.
- Floor models or “demos” that are sold at a discount.
- Product sold by unauthorized resellers who are not authorized, retailers.
- Any transportation cost
- Ripped handles
- Body impression or sagging under 1.5″
- Body impression or sagging under 2.5” when paired with an adjustable base
- Mattresses not purchased with a NEW foundation
- Any foam or quilting shifting due to improper storage or moving. Always store your mattress flat to eliminate possible foam shifting.
- Mattresses NOT purchased with a NEW Foundation/Platform or Adjustable Base
NIGHTENGALE COLLECTION
During the first 15 years of this full warranty, Sleep Natural™ will not charge purchaser to repair or replace purchaser’s mattress if it is deemed defective, but any transportation costs associated with repairs or replacements are the purchaser’s responsibility. No new warranty is provided with a replacement mattress. The warranty for the replacement mattress runs from the date of original purchase of the replaced mattress, if a purchaser elects to upgrade to a more expensive product, they may do so by paying the difference between the cost of the original product being replaced and the cost of the upgraded product plus the cost of any related additional sleep system pieces not being replaced as part of the warranty exchange. In the event of an upgrade as described in this paragraph, a new warranty will be provided for the upgraded pieces only. After the first 15 years the next 10 years will be a pro-rated warranty coverage.
OLD WORLD CRAFTSMANSHIP
During the first fifteen (15) years of this full warranty, Sleep Natural™ will not charge the purchaser to repair or replace the purchaser’s mattress if it is deemed defective, but any transportation costs associated with repairs or replacements are the purchaser’s responsibility. No new warranty is provided with a replacement mattress. The warranty for the replacement mattress runs from the date of the original purchase of the replaced mattress. If a purchaser elects to upgrade to a more expensive product, they may do so by paying the difference between the cost of the original product being replaced and the cost of the upgraded product plus the cost of any related additional sleep system pieces not being replaced as part of the warranty exchange. In the event of an upgrade as described in this paragraph, a new warranty will be provided for the upgraded pieces only.
GLACIER COLLECTION
During the first ten (10) years of this full warranty, Sleep Natural™ will not charge the purchaser to repair or replace the purchaser’s mattress if it is deemed defective, but any transportation costs associated with repairs or replacements are the purchaser’s responsibility. No new warranty is provided with a replacement mattress. The warranty for the replacement mattress runs from the date of the original purchase of the replaced mattress. If a purchaser elects to upgrade to a more expensive product, they may do so by paying the difference between the cost of the original product being replaced and the cost of the upgraded product plus the cost of any related additional sleep system pieces not being replaced as part of the warranty exchange. In the event of an upgrade as described in this paragraph, a new warranty will be provided for the upgraded pieces only.
SPRING AIR, AMERICAN COLLECTION, & PROMO COLLECTION
This limited warranty covers the following items during normal wear:
- Deterioration causing the mattress to have a visible indentation greater than 1.5” that is not associated with an indentation or sag which results from use of an improper or unsupportive foundation or adjustable bed base. Normal wear required that purchaser’s mattress be continuously supported by a matching foundation or adjustable bed base with a proper bed frame sufficient to support the collective weight of the mattress and foundation.
- Any physical flaw in the mattress that causes the material to split or crack, despite normal usage and proper handling.
- The manufacturer may replace or repair any issue covered by the warranty. The manufacturer has the final decision.
- Spring Air Camelot Models have a 10 year full warranty
- American Collection Models warranty will range from a 5 year to 10 year warranty (Full and Pro-Rated) 8 & 10-year pro-rated warranties: credit decreases by 10% each year
- Overruns and Closeout Models warranty will have a 5 Year Pro-Rated Warranty. Pro-Rates are as follows: Year 1: 100% credit, Year 2: 80% credit, Year 3: 60% credit, Year 4: 40% credit, Year 5: 20% credit
- Promo Models warranties will range from 30 days to 5 year pro-rated. Pro-Rates are as follows: Year 1: 100% credit, Year 2: 80% credit, Year 3: 60% credit, Year 4: 40% credit, Year 5: 20% credit

ADJUSTABLE BASE WARRANTY
Sleep Natural Motion Base Warranties:
Sleep Natural Motion Plus, Sleep Natural Motion, and Sleep Natural Value Bases are covered by a 20-year limited warranty. The first-year cost of parts and labor are 100% covered (Non-Prorated). For years 2 through 20, the customer would be responsible for 50% of the cost for both parts and labor (Prorated). Warranties are only valid for Sleep Natural Motion bases purchased from a registered dealer. All transportation or shipping fees are NOT covered by this warranty and is the customer’s responsibility to pay in advance.
Floor models, discontinued bases, “as-is” sales, and going-out-of-business sales will limit or void the Sleep Natural Motion warranty. “As-is” sales and going-out-of-business sales void all Sleep Natural Motion warranties, including extended warranty programs offered through Sleep Natural. Any adjustable that is abused, including obvious structural damage, including but not limited to burns, cuts, stains, etc…voids the warranty. After the adjustable base Non-Prorated coverage expires, and if that model has been discontinued to where the parts are no longer available, we will offer 70% off any new adjustable base of your choice (discount is off the current POS list price, no additional discounts or offers apply).
To begin the process of starting a warranty claim on a Sleep Natural Motion Base, please contact the store where you made your purchase. They will send you the information needed to quickly process your claim. If you would like our professional team to visit your home to gather this information, that can be arranged for a transportation service fee. However, this can normally be handled easily through email. Once your Sleep Natural Motion Base Warranty Claim has been approved, the cost of repairs and labor is detailed in the information provided above. If you need our professional team to travel to your home to assist you with repairs, there will be an additional transportation service fee.
Any adjustable base not using a surge protector VOIDS the warranty.
Extended Warranty Coverage and Disclaimer – 5 Year Full Coverage
- Coverage: This extended warranty covers the Adjustable Base only, (Remotes if available are also covered). It does not cover any associated accessories or connected devices. The warranty is limited to manufacturing defects and does not cover any damage caused after the purchase.
- Duration: The extended warranty period begins immediately after the expiration of the standard manufacturer’s full warranty coverage and continues for the duration specified at the time of purchase.
- Limitations: This warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, alterations, unauthorized repairs, or commercial use.
- Exclusions: Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, and issues resulting from handling and transportation are not covered under this warranty.
- Service: In the event of a defect, malfunction, or failure to conform to the warranty, the sole remedy shall be repair or replacement, as decided by the warranty provider. No monetary refunds will be given. Parts and labor are covered by the warranty; however, a transportation service fee is charged if serviced by the store or manufacturer (See store for this fee).
- Claims Process: Claims must be filed within the warranty period, accompanied by proof of purchase. The warranty holder is responsible for shipping costs to and from the service center.
- Transferability: This extended warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
- Disclaimer of Implied Warranties: The warranty provider disclaims all implied warranties, including but not limited to, warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
- Limitation of Damages: In no event shall the warranty provider be liable for incidental or consequential damages.
- Governing Law: This warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the product was purchased.
- Variations in Terms: The warranty provider reserves the right to alter the terms of this warranty without prior notice.
SLEEP NATURAL ELEVATIONS FRAME COLLECTION WARRANTY
Sleep Natural Elevations Storage Frame Collection Warranty:
Sleep Natural Elevations LUX:
This model is covered by a 15-year full warranty with a weight capacity of 3,000 lbs. The warranty covers parts and labor for the entire duration of 15 years (Non-Prorated).
Sleep Natural Elevations HD:
This model is covered by a 10-year full warranty with a weight capacity of 2,500 lbs. The warranty covers parts and labor for the entire duration of 10 years (Non-Prorated).
Sleep Natural Elevations Standard:
This model is covered by a 5-year full warranty with a weight capacity of 1,000 lbs. The warranty covers parts and labor for the entire duration of 5 years (Non-Prorated).
Warranty Details:
- Warranties are valid only for Sleep Natural Elevations frames purchased from a registered dealer.
- All transportation or shipping fees are NOT covered under this warranty and are the customer’s responsibility.
- Floor models, discontinued frames, “as-is” sales, and going-out-of-business sales may limit or void the Sleep Natural Elevations warranty. Specifically, “as-is” sales and going-out-of-business sales void all warranties, including any extended warranty programs offered.
- Any frame deemed to have been abused or subject to obvious structural damage, such as burns, cuts, or stains, voids the warranty.
Warranty Claim Process:
To start a warranty claim on a Sleep Natural Elevations frame, please contact the store where you purchased it. They will provide the necessary information to process your claim. If you prefer our professional team to visit your home to gather the information, this can be arranged for a transportation service fee. Most claims can be processed through email for convenience.
Once the warranty claim is approved, repairs and labor will follow the terms outlined above. If you require our professional team to perform repairs at your home, there will be an additional transportation service fee.
Extended Warranty Coverage and Disclaimer – 5 Year Full Coverage
- Coverage: The extended warranty covers the frame only. It does not cover accessories or connected devices.
- Duration: The standard warranty duration begins at the time of delivery. If the frame is purchased and taken home directly, the warranty begins at the time of purchase.
- Limitations: Does not cover misuse, abuse, accidents, alterations, unauthorized repairs, or commercial use.
- Exclusions: Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, and transportation issues are not covered.
- Service: In case of a defect or malfunction, repair or replacement is the only remedy. Parts and labor are covered, but a transportation fee applies.
- Claims Process: Claims must be filed within the warranty period with proof of purchase. The customer is responsible for shipping costs to and from the service center.
- Transferability: Non-transferable, applicable only to the original purchaser.
- Disclaimer of Implied Warranties: All implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed.
