  • Mattress: Visible indentations greater than one and one-half inches (1.5") that are not associated with an indentation or sag resulting from use of an improper or unsupported foundation or bed base.
  • Foundation: Splitting wood, loose or sagging beams, or wood or metal protruding through the fabric.

What to Expect

Proper Support

A stable, supportive frame is necessary to prevent sagging. To comply with the warranty, Queen and King size beds must be on a frame that has solid center support. The Queen must have at least one center support leg, and the King must have at least two legs to ensure proper bed support. Make sure that all the legs are level.

In the event of a defect, Mark's Mattress will, at its option, repair or replace the defective product. The warranty period for the repaired or replaced product will be the remaining period of the original warranty. All transportation costs must be paid by the purchaser.

Customer Conduct Policy

At Mark's, we’re all about keeping things pleasant—like that first sip of coffee on a Monday morning. Our goal is simple: deliver great service with a smile. But to keep our mutual happiness intact, let’s agree on a few basics.

Disrespectful Language
Keep your vocabulary on the friendlier side of the dictionary. Yes, stressful moments happen, but Shakespeare-level cursing or personal jabs might make our offers vanish faster than free donuts in the break room.

Aggressive Behavior
Threatening gestures, shouting, or your best “intimidation face” deserve a cameo in a soap opera, not here. Dramatic flailing and Oscar-worthy tantrums are guaranteed to send our offers straight to the recycle bin.

Harassment
If your words or actions make our team feel awkward enough to consider hiding under their desks, we’ve got a problem. Let’s keep the awkward silences for family reunions, shall we?

Disrespect to Staff
Our team are friendly humans, not punching bags—verbal or otherwise. Undermining their dignity or professionalism is a surefire way to tell any current offers “buh-bye.”

Disruptive Behavior
Yelling at other customers, staging dramatic performances in the aisle, or trying to scare people away from making purchases (just because you’re grumpy) won’t win you any popularity contests—or offers.

Threats of Legal Action
The moment “lawsuit” is mentioned, our lawyers magically appear—like ninjas in business suits. After that, all further communication goes through them, and trust us, they’re not nearly as fun as we are.

We reserve the right to void any offers and politely part ways if these behaviors pop up. We appreciate your understanding—seriously, thank you—and let’s keep things civil for everyone involved.
