Special Orders

We have relationships with multiple manufacturers who will make custom mattress sizes. Contact one of our stores to find out more. It’s the perfect way to get the exact mattress you need for that custom bed! In these situations, we ask the product be paid in full before we place the order. Shipping times vary by manufacturer, but we will do our best to provide you with an estimated ship date. All special order sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. Please double check measurements.

Returns & Exchanges

As a policy, we do not offer refunds or returns on mattress protectors, pillows, sheets or adjustable bases. We pride ourselves in training our sales team to match you with the perfect sleep system. However, we understand that sometimes a mattress may not be what you expect. Because we want you to love your new sleep system, we offer in store credit so you may exchange an undamaged mattress for another one. (The mattress must be unsoiled and free from tears, smoke odor, stains, hair, animal hair, or any other damage that might occur while it is in your home. These mattresses are used as donations to local charities, churches, or families in need. We recommend buying a mattress protector to minimize the chance that this could happen.) You may exchange your mattress within 60 days from the date of delivery or pick up (you must keep the mattress for at least 3 weeks). SOME BRANDS MAINTAIN THEIR OWN EXCHANGE POLICIES THAT SUPERSEDE OUR STANDARD POLICY. For more information on our Sleep Natural™, please visit our website or www.sleepnaturalnow.com.

Please allow your body several weeks to adjust to the new mattress. You can expect the mattress to be slightly firmer in the first few weeks. You may notice a faint odor from the new foam used to produce the mattress, do not be alarmed as it will dissipate within a few days. If, after four weeks, you are not satisfied, please contact the store where you purchased your mattress. The first step is to make sure another variable is not impacting your sleep quality. Pillows, sheets, foundations and other coverings can all affect temperature and comfort. We can help to troubleshoot the situation. However, if we are unable to address your issue successfully, please visit the store to see if you are eligible for an exchange. If so, you will receive in-store credit for the amount of the returned item. We offer free delivery on one (1) exchange within 25 miles.

Closeouts, Overstocks, and Floor Model Sales

All sales of model closeouts, overstocks, and floor models are final. We do not offer exchanges or refunds on these items due to the enormous savings we can offer.

Delivery

We offer delivery at each of our locations. However, pricing will vary based on location and mileage. Please see the closest store for details and pricing.

Haul Away

Available in select markets.  We’re happy to help as we know getting rid of an old mattress can be difficult, however, please note it is at the discretion of our delivery team. If they feel removing the mattress presents a risk to them or their equipment, for sanitary reasons they are permitted to refuse. Our standard fee is $20 per mattress and $10 per box springs or foundation; however, pricing may range per store location. We do not take away old headboards, frames, water beds, etc.

Sleep Natural™ Return Policy

Our Sleep Natural™ team wants you to be happy and sleep easy with your new mattress purchase. You have 90 nights to try out your Sleep Natural™ mattress (must keep for at least 30 nights before we will issue a return authorization code.) If you decide the mattress isn’t right for you, contact us at customerservice@sleepnatural.com to arrange a one-time exchange (for equal or lesser value; the customer is responsible for paying the difference on any upgrade in mattress value) and we’ll send our team to remove the mattress from your home and donate it to a local charity, church, or family in need (the mattress must be unsoiled and free from tears, smoke odor, stains, hair, animal hair, or any other damage that might occur while it is in your home.
