Bought a mattress and adjustable base in 2017. The base motor broke and the head wouldn’t lift anymore. It was outside the warranty and they couldn’t find a replacement part so they offered to sell us a new in box base for $350 AND delivered it the next day. So happy to have my “old lady” base back!!!

Great place to purchase fireworks! They have a huge selection of fireworks to choose and the buy one get one free deals are really good for the bigger expensive fireworks. The people who work there were very helpful and you can use a scanner there to scan the fireworks, and then a video will play on a television, showing the what the fireworks actually look like. So highly recommend shopping here.

I went to several different mattress places in town. Mark‘s Mattress Outlet was actually the very first place I went and I found a mattress I really liked but I wanted to check other places first. I ended up going back to Mark‘s Mattress Outlet and choosing the very first mattress I tried. I was extremely impressed with Preston, the sales guy I chatted with. I ended up being there for almost 3 hours. I asked a ton of questions and he was very knowledgeable and was not pushy. He simply listened to what I was looking for and tried to best direct me to mattresses I would like. He was patient and I could tell he was passionate about his job. Preston was awesome and because of him, I will most likely be back whenever I need a mattress next. I do recommend at least checking them out when you’re looking at different places for a mattress.

We picked according to what we thought we wanted; however, after sleeping on the mattress for 2 nights, it started giving my husband backaches. Perhaps it would be awesome if mattress places would allow a 3-7 day trial to ensure it's the perfect mattress for you. Overall we are satisfied with the service, but the mattress will take some getting used to. Oh, we also had a factory issue with the bed frame that Richard was quick to fix. Thanks Richard!

We went to Mark's Mattress because we were interested in checking out their line of Sleep Natural mattresses. We're so glad we went to this particular location and spoke with Daniel, because his level of service was outstanding. We were so impressed with him. He was in no way the typical salesman. Not at all pushy, and very honest. I know he was honest, because I'm the type who researches before I buy, and I often find that salespeople underestimate the customer and try to mislead (which results in my walking out and never coming back). Not Daniel. He's knowledgeable and interested and very helpful. He did not attempt to push us toward a more expensive model (which would have made us take our business elsewhere), but instead helped us find the one that was the best fit for us. We returned to the store twice more, asking questions and trying out the mattress we liked. Ultimately we purchased one of the Sleep Natural mattresses over a month ago, and so far we absolutely love it. It's fantastically comfortable, and we're sleeping like babies. They have a reasonable exchange policy, but I don't expect we'll need it because Daniel helped us choose the right mattress for us.

I purchased a Liberty full size mattress about 2.5 weeks ago. Daniel was my salesperson. He did a great job of explaining the different types. I mentioned I had back problems and he showed me certain ones to try in my price range for my problems. He was not pushy and left me alone to try out several beds but yet was within quick distance for questions. I was liking one and he mentioned that it might not be best for my back and gave the reasons, and he was right. I made my purchase and it was delivered in two days. After 4 nights I noticed a break down and called. Daniel was not in the office but I spoke with the District managaer who happened tobe there. He had me text him photos. He called me back within 10 minutes of sending the photos and he said it looked like I had a factory defect. They brought me a replacement within 3 days. They did carefully look over the mattress to be it wasn't damage from miss use of the bed, etc. The delivery guy agreed it was a factory defect. I've slept on the new bed for 8 nights and the bed is great! I do not wake up with pain or stiffness. Happy with the experience and would/will purchase from them again.
